ARTICLE 1 : PREAMBLE
Any Visitor with internet access can access the Site free of charge 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Every costs relating to access to the Site, whether hardware, software or internet access costs are exclusively at the Client’s expense. He is solely responsible for the proper functioning of his computer equipment as well as internet access.
Access to the Site may be interrupted or suspended by the Company without prior notice, or justification, especially during maintenance. The Company cannot be held liable for not be engaged in the event of a breakdown, failure, or more generally a partial interruption, or
total operation of the Site.
ARTICLE 3 : INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
The trademarks, domain names, products, software, images, videos, texts or more generally any information subject to intellectual property rights are and remain the exclusive property of the Company. No transfer of intellectual property rights is made through the present TOU. Any total or partial reproduction, modification or use of these goods for any reason whatsoever is strictly prohibited, except with the express prior written consent of the Company. Any offender would expose himself to legal proceedings.
The failure of the Company to rely at any time on any of these provisions and/or tolerate a breach of any of the obligations contained in these provisions shall not be construed as a waiver by the Company of its right to rely on any of these provisions at a later date.
If any provision of these TOU is invalidated in whole or in part, the validity of the remaining provisions shall not be affected. In this case, the invalid provision may be replaced by a valid provision that corresponds to the spirit and purpose of these TOU.
The Site must be used in a reasonable manner, in compliance with the legal and regulatory provisions in force.
ARTICLE 7 : EXTERNAL INBOUND AND OUTBOUND LINKS

All the clauses contained in these TOU will be subject to French law. Any dispute relating to the interpretation and execution of these Terms and Conditions of Use shall be subject to French law.
Failing amicable resolution, the dispute will be brought before the Commercial Court of Grasse (06).
