GCU: Terms of Use, means this document.
Personal data: information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person.
Visitor: individual visiting the Site.
Site: refers to the website and all its subdomains.
Company: means the company that publishes the Site.

The purpose of these TOU is to define the conditions under which Visitors make use of
of the Site. Access to and use of the Site is subject to acceptance and compliance with these TOU.
While navigating the Site, regardless of the technical means of access and the terminals used,
you are presumed to be familiar with these TOU and accept the terms without reservation.
In case of contradiction between these TOU and any other document appearing on the site, the
these TOU prevail.

ARTICLE 2: Access to the site

All Visitors with Internet access can access the Site free of charge 24/7 and 7/7. All
costs related to access to the Site, whether it be hardware, software or internet access fees are
solely at the Customer’s expense. He is solely responsible for the proper functioning of his
computer equipment as well as its internet access.
Access to the Site may be interrupted or suspended by the Company without notice or
justification, particularly in the case of maintenance. The Company’s liability may not

Trademarks, domain names, products, software, images, videos, texts or more
all information subject to intellectual property rights are and remain the exclusive property of
the Company. No assignment of intellectual property rights is made through

any ground is strictly prohibited, except with the express prior written consent of the
Society. Any offender would face legal action.


The fact that the Corporation does not avail itself at any time of any of these
provisions and/or tolerates a breach of any of the obligations referred to in

to apply any of those provisions at a later date.
If any of the provisions of these TOU are cancelled in whole or in part, the validity of the provisions
will not be affected. In this case, a replacement of this cancelled provision may
be made by a valid provision corresponding to the spirit and purpose of these TOU..


Provisions concerning the protection of personal data as derived from the Law
Informatique et Libertés dated 6 January 1978 as amended by the Law of 20 June 2018 on
protection of personal data and the European Data Protection Regulation

ARTICLE 6: Compliance with laws and regulations

therefore, we invite you to consult this document regularly in order to
knowledge of any changes or updates made.


All clauses contained in these Terms will be subject to French law. All disputes
relating to the interpretation and execution of these general conditions of use is subject to the
french law.
In the absence of an amicable resolution, the dispute will be brought before the Commercial Court of Grasse (06).
