use of the ekinnox.com website in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679, Regulation
General on Data Protection (GDPR) entered into force on 25 May 2018.
1.2.Definition
User: individual using the Site.
Site: means this website and all its subdomains.
Company: means the company EKINNOX, publisher of the Site.

identifiable. In connection with the use of our site, we are required to collect certain
personal data about you.
2.2.What personal data is collected?
The only personal data we may collect are:
your email address, in the case of a subscription to our newsletter or via sending

a message via our contact form,
your identification data (first and last name) as well as the titles and contents of your
messages when sending
your activity on the Site (pages consulted, links clicked, etc.) via cookies, see article 6.
These data, their retention period, their purpose and the conditions of access are summarized
in the table in the next section.

The data we host and process is collected through two main channels:
Transmission by yourself, when registering for our newsletter or when sending a
message via our contact form;
Generation by our services, depending on your activity on the Site.
We do not collect any other information about you through any other intermediary.

ARTICLE 4: DATA LOCATION

The collected data is hosted via our service providers for reception and sending
mail: Mailchimp and Zoho Corporation.

ARTICLE 5: Cookies

A cookie is a small computer file in text format to save
information about user behaviour when visiting a website, and thus
be able to improve the User’s experience (navigation preferences, login information,
basket contents, etc.).

other treatment, except with your consent, for recognition, exercise or
defending our rights (or those of another person), or in cases provided for by law.
6.5.Right to withdraw consent
If you have given your consent to the processing of your personal data, you have
right to withdraw your consent at any time.
6.6.Right to define directives applicable after your death
At any time, you may send us your applicable instructions in the event of a death related to
the retention, erasure or communication of your personal data.
6.7.Exercise of your rights
To exercise these rights or for any question about the processing of your data you can
contact by any means detailed in ARTICLE 2: DATA CONTROLLER.
As a data controller, we are committed to providing you with an answer to your
request within one month of receipt of the request. In case of request
complex, we undertake to tell you a new response time within one month, without
that this period may not exceed two additional months.

If you feel, after contacting us, that we have not been able to respond satisfactorily to
your request regarding your rights to privacy, you have a
