The data we host and process are collected through two main channels:
- Data provided by you during newsletter subscription or via our contact form;
- Data generated by our services based on your activity on the Site.
We do not collect any other information about you through other means.

The collected data is hosted by our service providers for email receipt and transmission: Microsoft Outlook and Odoo.

Deletion right
You can request the deletion of your personal data, within the limits allowed by regulations.

If you exercise this right, we may retain your data but will no longer process it unless you consent, for the establishment, exercise, or defense of legal claims, or as otherwise permitted by law.
Right to withdraw consent

Right to set post-mortem directives
You can provide instructions regarding the conservation, deletion, or communication of your personal data after your death.

As the data controller, we are committed to responding to your request within one month of receipt. In case of a complex request, we will notify you of a new response time within one month, which will not exceed an additional two months.
